Sports luxe with The Outnet

A few weeks ago I did some styling with The Outnet! Check out the video above where I talk a bit about my style and how I wear the sport luxe look.

I am also taking over The Outnet's Pinterest over the next week, where I will be pinning some of my favorite items and sporty looks that I love. Check it out here

Lately on Instagram

Lately I've been... Drooling over designer shoes, who decided that the US sale starts before the UK one? Lots of things in the new flat keeping me busy, shooting with Fudge and Rankin, longing back to New York and regretting I never bought that Wang knit plus an awesome find - pinstripe jeans! I happily left with the black ones.

Isabela and Joseph

MUUBAA coat
JOSEPH knit
COS shirt
H&M TREND pants
JIMMY CHOO booties
ZARA bag

Yesterday we got to enjoy clear skies here in London, and I had a chance to wear some new things that I have been saving for a day like this. I’ve finally joined online community - Fashiolista and to kick that whole thing off, we are doing a promotion together where one of you can win £500 to spend at online store Stanwells, check it out here. I was quick to jump on this chance to collaborate with Stanwells as they sell some of my favorite brands like Equipment, Muubaa and Joseph that I think has one of their best collection out this fall. Plus when would I ever say no to a chance to shorten your holiday shopping list?

London continues to be super rainy and depressig, so an outfit from last week. I'm going to have to brave the rain though as there is work to be done!

Surprisingly juicy

JUICY COUTURE vest
MMM x H&M knit
JUICY COUTURE pants
THEYSKENS' THEORY shoes

Although I used to know Juicy Couture for their velvet track suits, they’ve recently put a lot of effort in to re-launching their image, especially in the UK and I think it deserves a mention. I'll even will be hosting an event with them early next month. But for now checks it is, as I seem to have taken an unusually strong liking for both striped and checked pieces this season.

Firm favorite

My Acne chain bag has been my favorite thing lately. The not so subtle chain works almost like a piece of jewelry, or in other words, no necklace really match with an industrial chain running across your chest..

Coat hug

Attempt no. 86 of trying to wear my thinner jackets this winter. I wore the wrap earlier here but came to understand that it works just as well layered with this older coat that I seem to go back to every year around this time.

Dead straight

MMM x H&M top

Apologies for the silence this week, I whisked myself away to Finland where I tend to get lost in the world that does not include wifi. But before I left I did a great shoot with Fudge Hair that was shot my favorite photographer - Rankin. Dream come true but it was over in a few seconds, he told me that it’s not supposed to be complicated anyway. Those photos coming up soon, but for now this is how my hair was done - sharp, sleek and dead straight.

Rain

ZARA jacket
MMM x H&M knit
GINA TRICOT jeans
TIGER OF SWEDEN hat
ACNE bag
SIGERSON MORRISON boots

Okay I admit, maybe a bit lower than my usual, but I simply fell for these Sigerson Morrison boots while in New York. A simple, slender, slightly western shape, maybe I’ll call these my day off boots. Other than that, what I wore an a rainy Saturday.

With the fashion weeks and all, Designer Outlet Fashion Month that I celebrated with McArthurGlen flew by qite fast, but here is the second part of the styling I did with some pieces I picked up at their Cheshire Oaks outlet. That Pringle coat that seems to dominate my wardrobe, some leather and floral mixing from Reiss and a amazing All Saints patch dress was among my favorites that made the trip worth a visit.

There was also a giveaway, which was won by Amie
, congrats!

Overly oversized

MMM x H&M coat
H&M mens knit
ACNE pants
MMM x H&M bag
STELLA MCCARTNEY boots

Leave it to Margiela to lead the way on the whole oversized movement. This coat is no exception and with it only coming in one size, I’m drowning but that’s exactly how it should be. With high heels you can get away with things like this - my mantra.

A MMM x H&M Giveaway

Time for another exciting giveaway! I’m teaming up with H&M to give one of my readers this beige leather tote from the upcoming Maison Martin Margiela x H&M collaboration! I picked out this bag, as it was one of my (many) favorites from the collection and I thought it would fit into your fall wardrobe quite nicely, am I right?

To take part, simply leave a comment with your email before 13.11 midnight and I’ll pick a winner early next week - so you’ll have a chance to get the bag before the official launch!

Good luck!!

ps. Full outfit pics coming up tomorrow morning!

Oh la la Stella!

Another NYC pick-up, new Stella boots! I’m really impressed with her work lately, and oh how I love the pointy boots with a sporty white rubber sole. I wore them until I could not feel my feet anymore that week, all worth it.

Purple accents

PRINGLE coat
MARIMEKKO shirt
SECOND HAND jeans
ACNE beanie

The beautiful accessories from a previous post in a quickly thrown together outfit, delayed a few days due to the standard London weather this time a year. I’m attempting to wear these pretty shoes all the way in to early winter with layers, a beanie and what might be my warmest winter coat. Or maybe not the warmest.. there is a duvet with sleeves taking up half of my closet and I think might be time to take it out. I trust many of you know what I’m taking about..

Thank you Elle

NYC souvenirs

Something I picked up in New York... a beautiful fall bag that fits my camera perfectly and a pair of burgundy snake skin Sigerson Morrison pumps too good to leave in the store.

Probably to be worn in tomorrow's post.
