After our sunset dinner at a little island off the cost of Ibiza (yes this is what I wore for dinner and pretty much for the whole trip...)  Zanita managed to perfectly capture the mood we all where in. A few swirls before we took the boat back and ended up trying to dodge the jelly fish in the Mediterranean.

In case you missed it.... I was in Ibiza last week. River Island flew a bunch of us out for something that could only be described as the best long weekend ever. We shot a styling video on this day, hence the head-to-toe RI outfit! Bikini top and culottes, and not a care in the world.

New talent unleashed

Backstage for Graduate Fashion Week / Nottingham Trent University

Last week I sat down at the charming Old Truman Brewery to watch Graduate Fashion Week showcase it’s freshest talent. I was a guest of Nottingham Trent University, but even with only one show to watch, I was overwhelmed with the talent and imagination that I witnessed that hour. All white ensembles and the mix of neutrals definitely got a whole new meaning as I was presented with layers, materials and shapes ensembling something that could only be described as a futuristic dream. Although my personal favorites tend to be on the simple side, 3D prints, laser cuts and turquoise fluff has never excited me this much. Time to rethink the daily dressing routine or at least where we invest our shopping spendings...

I’m lucky enough to be traveling around the world, but there is no denying it, summer is everywhere right now. Farewell longest winter in history, I’m unlikely to miss you. However there is the occasional rainy days that require a little extra comfort, so I’m turning to British heritage brand, John Smedley for some summer wool. Their SS14 collection provided me with a romper so comfortable that I kicked the heels somewhat immediately. Sometimes that's allowed.
